Job Summary: A fast growing company into logistics and financial services business is looking for HR/IR professionals with 8-10 years experience in HR & IR roles as HR - SBU HEAD at GURGAON. - Candidates having sound knowledge of HR & IR processes, practices and experience in managing the entire employee life-cycle (end-to-end) from a BFSI, Logistics, background will be preferred. - The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for the entire gamut of HR activities for the particular business unit. - Only candidates interested and willing to be based and operate from our Corporate Office in GURGAON.. should only apply for this position. Responsibilities and Duties: - The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for entire gamut of HR activities and not limited to the following: - Man Power Planning and Budgeting. - Manpower sourcing, Recruitment, Onboarding and induction of new joinees. - Providing day-to-day human resource generalist services like recruitment, day-to-day HR operations, Attendance, PMS, Exit, etc. - Administer local salary performance review procedure, and employment-related policies and procedures. - Advising the management on issues regarding employee relations - such as contract negotiations along with other activities such as statutory compliance, etc. - Managing complaints, grievance and resolving issues for employees, vendors, etc. - Managing compliance/s with regulatory agencies and statutory bodies. - Updating monthly Compliance records Under Contract Labour Act & update the records for PF & ESIC Compliance, Monthly Compliance Audit of Principal Employer. - Co-ordination for training and othe people development programs. - Maintaining Employee monthly attendance Statements (Monitoring the Attendance, leave records, late coming etc.) - Liasioning with the local authorities (administration & regulatory). Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: - Candidates having a graduate degree along with MBA - HR/IR/PR degree/certification from a recognized education/institute / university with 8-10+ years experience,will be preferred.
