Roles & Responsibilities: preferably in Fintech/Banking
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM on-platform and off-platform, social media, influencers, video, display and programmatic campaigns.
- You will map consumer decision journeys for relevant categories and brands with inputs from Consumer,
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Support every product launch / animation with relevant digital campaigns & promotions.
- Plan and control of the digital budget across sub-allocations
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Leverage Earned media through influencers strategies
- Ensure seamless adoption and execution between offline and online communication
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social and Google DV360 Experience in Campaign Optimization (Generating decisions, scaling up campaigns, etc).
- Experience in growth strategies and media planning & brand Uplift Expert in Google search, shopping, discovery, Microsoft search, Youtube, and app install campaign Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Shopping, Video, and App Install campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
- Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modeling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables
- Experience working with scripts, automation solutions, and various ad personalization
- Fair understanding of third party web tracking tools - Google Analytics, Moengange, Mixpanel, Appsflyer etc
- Good command over Google analytics, search, ad campaigns & optimizations.
- Provide periodical PC reports and present performance improvement plans.
- Optimize targeting according to changing search trends & handle client escalations. Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications.
- Needs a balanced profile of digital expertise + marketing / brand understanding
- 5- 7 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing for a consumer focused Brand (preferrably in Fintech/Banking)
- Agency/ Startup experience is preferred
- In-depth understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.)
- Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement
- Must have Post Graduation / Masters in Business Management / Communications OR Specialization in Marketing /Media
