Job Title: Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Primary Sales and Secondary Sales of YPay Cards.
- Responsible for Sales of the Financial product & Generate Revenue for the company.
- Scheduling the Demonstration Sessions with Schools, Colleges, Corporates & clients
- Achieving the company revenue targets is the main goal in B2B Sales.
- Managing a team of sales people at Team Leader profile or at any senior level.
- Preparing sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis.
- Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
- Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills along with professionally presentable.
- Go getter attitude.
- Be open for crazily moving head start-up environment
- Ability to multitask.
- Salary will be the best in the industry for the deserving candidates as per the Interview.
- Location will be PAN India basis, but reporting will be at the corporate office in Noida.
Education: Any Graduate/Prior B2B sales Experience will be preferred.
