Requirement - 5+ years of experience in Operations. - Setup / Scaled operations. - Good communication Skills. - Manage delivery; maintain quality and ensure deliverables. - Sales and cost optimization bent of mind. - Data driven in all approaches. - Should be able to conceptualize and leverage technology to drive efficiency and cost management. - Execute high impact, high pressure projects that involve interacting with experts - Being from Tier 1 college or experience at B2C companies will be preferred
