Purpose of the job (brief summary) :

- Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading all PAM/Key PAM to reach their sales targets. Inside Sales Manager are primarily tasked with managing the team and training team members, making strategies, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Inside Sales Manager are oftentimes expected to travel.

- Inside Sales Manager needs to have an MBA degree in business. Additionally, Inside Sales Manager typically need to have several years of experience in sales prior to becoming a manager. The Inside Sales Manager should possess strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

- Major responsibilities would be Revenue growth, monitoring and root cause analysis on monthly conversion of active to passive, ensuring 100% bill submission within 10th of every month, Coaching PAMs for upselling new products; Address their PAM's issues and help them to resolve, Measure PAM's KPI's, maintain and grow rental revenue.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities :

- The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for handling the PAM Team. He/she will be the lead point of contact for designated PAMs, he/she will work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the team & client succeed. The manager will also build strategies how to bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will train the team to develop new relationships with potential clients.

- Most importantly designated PAMs will be reporting to him/her. And should have the account management experience too.

- Looking after the team, professionally provide them with strategies to work more efficiently and effectively.

- Record Opportunities for the team with existing customers and convert them into sales and maintain total lifecycle of orders till delivery and pick up till the point of getting paid.

- Become a single point of contact for the team and coordinate with internal departments and teams to guide the team on how to give customer a seamless experience.

- As we are a rental organization, our main goal is to keep up with the latest developments as customer end and ensure you know everything about their requirements, new important contacts at the customer side & new projects of customer. New projects will be converted to leads and opportunities for further business.

- One important role is to coach the team to upsell our other products to the same customers and increase the revenue per customer per month.

- This profile is all about relationship building with the team.

- Resolve product or service problems by analyzing the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution through team.

- Follow up with internal team to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

- Refer unresolved escalated customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services

- Develop your team of Account Managers and oversee their accounts for optimum results

- As a Inside Sales manager, you focus on your team to have customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship growth to measure the success of their clients portfolios.

- Use your outstanding communication skills to present and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients when required

Experience & Education :

- At least 4-5 years of work experience in managing Account Management sales professionals

- Preference to candidates shown experience in Customer service excellence companies in the country.

- Team handling experience

- Previous experience with B2B product Industry

- Communication skills + Soft Skills

- Analytical skills
