About Younglabs :- Younglabs is building a loved platform for parents - delivering products and services to the 0-12-year-old children demographic.
- We aim to identify whitespaces and launch innovative products and services through our platform that capture the imagination of parents and children alike in a 10 B+ Indian market.
- We have raised pre-seed capital from individual investors that include people from ISB/consulting fraternity. We have started registering revenues on both services/products side.
About the Role : Tech Co-FounderTechnology is a crucial element of our business. While we start with a platform to host services and products, up next is a consumer app aimed at our TG, products for internal collaboration and business operations. In short, the role is a crucial part of our scale-up plans.
We already have a marketing co-founder on board and are looking to complete the leadership team with a tech co-founder.
This is a mainly equity role and is based in NCR.
Expectation from the Tech Co-Founder:
- Business savvy and deep understanding of consumer markets
- Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle and having achieved PMF in a consumer product
- Should have been involved in developing applications (from fixing bugs to dynamic functionalities), scaling platforms to a significant user base (ideally in consumer start-ups)
- Would own end-to-end product conceptualization/design and technology implementation of the platform
- Hands-on full-stack engineering, research, prototyping and testing skills
- Should be able to bring in and manage a pool of skilled developers to scale product functionality

About the founder :Sanjeev is from ISB Co11, has 15 years of overall experience - 5 years in start-up leadership teams as Chief Sales Officer (DHL), Business Head (Loadshare), and was an early core team member at Rivigo.
Prior to his start-up experience, Sanjeev worked with Accenture Strategy from Consultant through Principal roles.
Experienced in building teams, product/service PMF, and aggressive growth (Done 0 to 36 M USD ARR); pre-MBA engineering design experience at NTPC - India's premier energy company
