- We aim to identify whitespaces and launch innovative products and services through our platform that capture the imagination of parents and children alike in a 10 B+ Indian market.
- We are in the pre-seed capital raise and early revenues stage.
About the Role:
- Marketing & brand-building is one of the most critical elements in our journey and we are looking for someone with a deep passion for building brands and leading growth.
- We are looking for a savvy marketer who can span both traditional and modern marketing channels such as Instagram, Youtube etc. with ease, build a superlative brand narrative, and lead platform adoption and revenue growth.
- This is an equity role until fund-raise followed by an attractive fixed plus equity combination. The role is based in NCR.
Job description:
- Conceptualizing, developing, and executing 360-degree marketing and media plans for brand activation leading to market launch
- Designing and executing growth initiatives - setting and meeting revenue growth targets month over month
- Leading and Handling all the ATL and BTL marketing strategies for ROI and brand building initiatives.
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) - from planning and strategizing to executing the content, developing and growing brand on own platform and other e-commerce platforms
- Coordinating and Handling agencies & internal stakeholders for timely execution and ensure compliance to set metrics
- Interactions with Advertising, Media, and Digital agencies to ensure accurate and on-time implementation of Media plans, creatives, and artworks.
- Organising and handling marketing and public relation events for an initiative like the launch of new products, seasonal promotions, strategic alliances with influencers/bloggers, etc.
Desirable Experience:
- Working with E-commerce platforms / FMCG / Children / Personal Care brands
- Startup experience is preferable
- Good pulse of full-blown Go-to-Market Brand launches
- Experience in growth roles at other startups
About the founder:
Sanjeev is an ISB graduate, has 15 years of experience - 5 years in start-up leadership teams as Chief Sales Officer (DHL), Business Head (Loadshare), and was an early core team member at Rivigo.
Prior to start-up experience Sanjeev 5 years in Management Consulting with Accenture Strategy
Experienced in building teams, product/service PMF, and aggressive growth (Done 0 to 36 M USD ARR); pre-MBA engineering design experience at NTPC - India's premier energy company
