About YOptima:

- YOptima is a targeted marketing platform used by leading digital marketers globally across e-commerce, real estate, tech, B2B, financial services, online gaming and other verticals. YOptima enables marketers to find lookalikes of their best customers.

- YOptima runs industry leading lookalike targeting Platform, Instabid, which drives substantial performance lift over traditional display advertising solutions. The Instabid platform is powered by machine learning algorithms and is plugged into major ad inventory sources across desktop, mobile and video ads.

Delivery Head :

Responsibility -

- As a key member of the executive team, provide strong leadership and support and encourage the company's values.

- Recruit, motivate and retain a high performing delivery-focused operation.

- Coach the team's overall development and identify career development opportunities for them.

- Understand account plans, ensure delivery in line with account plans and client objectives, and continually identify opportunities. Suggest interventions such that the team is able to deliver against client objectives and goals.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business goals, and build a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem.

- Train and coach team to become experts in building and managing campaigns, and in proposing marketing solutions.

- Develop and implement best practices for delivery, for interaction with teams and knowledge of the clients and industry vertical, and for leading the team in becoming our clients- trusted advisors.

Desired Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline with a minimum of 10+ years experience in client management & exceptional leadership and people management skills.

- Demonstrated diverse cultural understanding and ability to work with teams.

- Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with result oriented approach.

- Knowledge of the mobile, video and online advertising markets

- Stable & Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, agile environment with ability to identify business or tactical opportunities & achieve strategic business goals
