Job Responsibilities: - Spearheading entire revenue vertical of Business - Driving automation of the main ERP system, including integration with the accounting tool SAPB1 - Responsible for the audit and due diligence of the entire vertical - Directing implementation of best practices in acquisition due diligence, modeling, integration, and accounting processes - Leading and managing the operations, instituting financial controls & discipline, effectively discharging functions and achieving a higher rate of organic growth; interacting with analyst & investors to explain company strategy & performance - Leveraging skills in finalization of processes and creating SOP for different functions - Monitoring Accounts Payable of company and Accounts Receivable functions of the Business - Supervising the procurement and maintenance of insurance at YoloBus - Identifying risks while procurement of insurances and devising strategies & controls for mitigating such risks - Charting out plans for recoveries at the company level - Strategizing the settlement plan and formulating action by way of legal recourse, amicable settlement, etc. for ensuring recoveries from such debtors
