Yojak is a B2B managed marketplace for building materials for non-standard, local, unbranded supplies between local manufacturers and retailers in Tier-2,3,4 cities across India. Through supply-chain management, Yojak provides enhanced category & SKU access, quality, logistics, and fulfillment assurance to SME retail stores and operates in categories like Tiles, Sanitaryware amongst others. Yojak works directly with manufacturers to enable a smooth supply chain for retail stores. The long term vision is to build the whole ecosystem for building materials catering to global demand through a global footprint of supply.

About the role :

We are looking for a Core team member with Entrepreneurial mindset ready to get his hands dirty and revolutionize the old way of doing business in India. A person with enough hustle to go through the adventurous journey of a startup. A person who is enthralled with the idea of building new business lines from the beginning and pushing it towards the users. Someone who has a first principle approach towards any problem and is ready to make teams and businesses in Yojak.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage PAN-India sales projects and a team of motivated account managers

2. Design, develop and execute solutions to solve critical business problems

3. Set KRA's for the team and ensure their fulfilment on a regular basis

4. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team

5. Assume responsibility of budget development and generating sales and revenue.

6. Get hands-on with the sales process from time-to-time to develop a deeper understanding

7. Lead a team of sales executives and sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets

8. Make sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the product is delivered as per the brand standards

Requirements :

1. An Engineer/MBA or a failed entrepreneur

2. Someone who loves problem-solving and doesn't settle for any solution, but strives to find a better one

3. Someone who appreciates the bigger picture and gives attention to details

4. Someone who has led a team before

Person good in Tamil will be prefered (Dravidian Languages will add a feather in the cap)
