Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting strategic sourcing for critical and niche skilled talents for open and future positions. This includes building a pro-active sourcing plan and fostering trust -based relationships with candidates, gaining an in-depth understanding of their requirements and focusing on a memorable candidate experience at every step-in interaction.
- Responsible for balancing processes with creativity in a fast -paced environment creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through administrative excellence on operational activities to hire talent.
- Serves as the liaison between the talent acquisition stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates, answering their questions and relaying needs on many aspects of the hiring process.
- Explore motivations, goals, and behaviors of active and passive talent segments. Use effective multi -media storytelling to share authentic candidate value proposition. Singular focus on providing transparent, responsive, and personalized application process. Understand competition, technology, and market trends to provide innovative candidate experience.

- Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should be able to provide actionable Market Insights at regular intervals.
- Should be able to solution demand as per Business defined timelines
- Should know the string, Boolean searches etc. in different job portals to source the required talent
