YMetis - Data Science Lead

Responsibilities :

- Independently Lead & manage execution of data science projects

- Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis

- Design optimal analytical solutions for a given business problem

- Troubleshoot and quality check work done by team members

- Translate analytical output to business insights and compelling presentations

- Communicate and interact with clients at the executive level

- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Required Experience :

- 6+ years of professional work experience in advanced analytics domain

- Expertise in R, SQL and Python required. Good to have exposure to Spark and other Big Data Technologies

- Exposure to analytics for business functions such as operations, supply chain, pricing, marketing, CRM is a plus

- Familiarity with consulting firms preferred

- Good written and oral communication skills in English language
