Role : - The candidate will work closely with Product team to guide ideas and features for all products from conception to launch. - The main job for the candidate will be to understand the end customer and build products that cater to their needs. - The candidate will also have to be bridge between multiple parties - sales operations, Bank, Dealing, back office operations, finance, to name just a few, to simplify business requirements into product features. - The candidate will be part of shaping road map of front end features, sales operations automation as well as back end processes. - The candidate has to Drive existing product in organization. - Creating BRD &amp; liaising with multiple departments/stakeholders &amp; BA-IT to ensure product is developed as per the BRD content. - Retrieve, analyse and understand data and report insights to management - App testing &amp; UAT testing of all product feature before making it LIVE. Product Manager Skills and Qualifications : - 4-5 yrs, proven working experience in product management with a focus on software products and technologies. - Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, UI/UX, marketing or finance. - Adept in handling large sets of numbers and distill customer insights/behaviour from the data. - Bachelors degree or MBA with some software development lifecyle knowledge. - Can effectively communicate recommendations - excellent written and verbal communication skills
