Role Description/ Scope of the Job/ Goal of the Job: - The need of this role is managing the customer on boarding and entire journey with ease so that a strong connect with them can be established. This will ensure faster activation, signup of more products and long term relationship. The candidate should possess expertise in client engagement activities and maintain strong connect with regular communication or touch points. - Candidate to assist in making a complete process of customer life cycle right from on boarding to actual trading to cross sell to client stickiness. - The role also requires to have strong domain knowledge of broking and wealth industry as it requires to deep dive in multiple data sets to generate logics, thoughts using which targeted communications can be developed. Decently connected in industry so that industry trends/good practices/surveys/research etc. can be tracked and can be implemented. Knowledge of analytics, logics, campaign optimization skills, lead management processes, automation, technology savvy, dashboard and reporting etc. is highly expected. Job Responsibilities; 1.
