Candidates will be required to build upon a demonstrable track record of both developing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities or transactions in the mentioned sector. Responsibilities: - Delivering a focused IB strategy for Pharma / Chemical Sector - Identify opportunities and leverage the value and services of YSL - Display a clear hands-on approach through a consistent delivery and a willingness to be involved in the full life cycle of a transaction from identifying opportunities to transaction execution / completion Experience and Qualification: Candidates are required to have a proven pedigree of demonstrable success throughout their career in IB industry with a track record of consistently exceeding targets and expectations Must have 10-15 years experience within recognized financial institutions / boutique IB firm in the following: - A proven track record in leading IB transactions through the identification of new clients and expansion of existing client market share - Expert knowledge of global best practices to help Investment Banking customers achieve their business goals - Has been involved in complete life cycle of IB transactions - deal sourcing / deal execution - Expert knowledge of the mentioned sector - Pharma / Chemicals&nbsp; - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills along with a collaborative approach in working
