YES SECURITIES - Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking - Healthcare & Pharma Sector

Job Description :

The candidate is expected to play a key role in execution and origination of Investment Banking transactions in Healthcare & Pharma sector. He / she will be actively involved in every aspect of M&A / PE transaction and should be able to execute transactions and attain closures working closely with senior team members.

Responsibilities ;

- Support the reporting manager in creating BD pipeline

- Developing generic and specific company, industry and market overviews

- Performing financial analyses and valuations

- Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets

- Preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations

- Facilitating due diligence and transaction closings as an integral part of team for execution of transactions

- Manage investor and client expectations with respect to deals

- Participate in investor discussions / negotiations

- Liaisoning with YES Bank Relationship Managers and cover Client Relations in the relevant sectors

- Performance will be measured on deals originated and executed and fee generation

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of work experience in Investment Banking preferably in Healthcare & Pharma sectors

- Expert in financial modelling and valuations

- Experience of handling the M&A / PE mandates

- MBA from top business school / CA with an excellent academic track-record
