Assistant Product Manage
Who you're:
- Have 2-3 yrs of hands-on experience working on tech, business or operations. Past experience in the product domain is a big plus.
- Have done an undergrad from a top college; MBA is a plus.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.
- Have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating/ building.
- Have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.
- Seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures.
- Effective communication skills with ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What'll you do:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the salon and beauty services sector and perform competitive analysis to identify trends, market gaps, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience.
- Work with business members to fill them up with upcoming releases and gather requirements.
- Work with the tech team to describe the product requirements, resolve requirements related issues from time-to-time.
- Document the product requirement specifications and work closely with the engineering team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Figuring out the pain points in our existing products, and what we can do differently to make them a better experience.
- Interviewing customers to find out what they are using our existing products for and inventing ways we can solve those problems even better that our customers haven't imagined.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless implementation of product features.
- Own the complete feature development, define KPIs and track progress.
- Empathize with users, understand their key pain points and suggest new features addressing these pain points.
