VP / Senior VP – Corporate Marketing

We are seeking to hire a self-driven marketing leader with a passion for new ideas, entrepreneurship and innovation to join our corporate marketing team. This is a senior team management position, requiring hands-on project conceptualization and execution skills through extensive collaboration and impact at the organisation level.

Job Description

- Lead the Bank’s existing marketing projects including thought leadership events, campaigns, media maximization to build visibility in the corporate banking segment

- Engage with the leadership team of the bank to devise corporate marketing and branding strategy

- Collaborate with Bank’s corporate business units on marketing initiatives and events to enhance engagement with existing and target clients

- Develop relationships with Indian and international media houses, think-tanks, industry chambers and so on to build new marketing partnerships

- Manage and conduct research on focus sectors of the bank to facilitate knowledge-led marketing engagement

- Champion innovative practices, ideas and projects in corporate marketing

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to build relationships and work across teams

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of latest economic trends and Indian market

- Open to working in a flexible work environment with eagerness to learn

- Self starter with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship

Relevant Qualifications and Experience

- MBA (preferably in marketing) from a premier institute

- 8-10 years relevant experience in marketing / thought leadership initiatives / managing knowledge events, preferably in the BFSI sector

- Team management experience of at least 2 years preferred

Team Management – Manage team of 3-4 people in corporate marketing
