Team Leader - Talent Acquisition - Retail/ Branch Banking hiring

- Team & Stakeholder management
- Manage end to end Sourcing for respective business for niche skills
- Churning candidates/ talent pool through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources.
- Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess the candidate's suitability for the job. based on skills, experience and qualification.
- Maintain candidate database on system.
- Coordinating and scheduling the advance level interviews.
- Maintain Internal Database and Employee referrals etc.
- Evaluate all referral & IJP applicants who apply to internal job postings
- To be able to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
Candidate profile:- Team Management & Stake holder management.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and agile and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have experience in BFSI domain.
- Total experience may vary to 10-13 Years.
- Should have exp. in Bulk/ Volume hiring.
- Min graduate/post graduate in any field is required. Masters in HR will be added advantage.
