The position is part of TA Project team, which is focused on multiple projects that will bring in efficiencies & improve experience in Talent Acquisition process in next 2 - 3 years.
Few of the key areas are as below:
- Work on digitization of TA process with a focus on quality and bringing in efficiency in close collaboration with HR Tech & other relevant team
- Identification of gaps in current ATS
- New ATS evaluation
- Support design and implementation of ATS workflow
- Interventions to increase adoption
- Bring in TA assessments
- Introduce touchless hiring
- Ongoing review TA tech opportunities
- Develop and execute People Branding
- Development of Career Page, establishing Linkedin career page
- Create Theme plan, content outline in close collaboration with Marketing team
- Support business on business specific campaign where needed (eg. Tech hiring branding)
- Create campaign to increase footfall for drive or increase direct sourcing avenues
Required MBA from leading HR Campus with min of 1-3 year of exp in HR Tech or TA tech.
