Yes Bank - Senior Manager/AVP - MIS & Analytics

- To prepare and provide various reports and insights to aide senior management in strategic decision making

- Preparing and analyzing profitability statements for wholesale banking segments.

- Engage in product profitability with various product groups such as Trade Services, Treasury, etc.

- Preparing & analyzing trends in Business performance across products / teams / geography with definitive suggestions for Management decision making.

- Business and Product KPI development and measurement.

- Prepare Budgets for the Business segments & Products in co-ordination with various business units and support functions and analyzing variance of actual performance against the budgets.

- To provide inputs for Quarterly Management reporting.

- Prepare need based Adhoc analysis for the perusal of stakeholders.

- 6-7 years experience preferably from banking industry

- Conceptual & hands on working experience of wholesale banking MIS/Analytics

- Understanding & experience in bank level Budgeting and variance analysis

- Experience in profitability analysis of Banking products in Corporate Lending, Trade Services, Treasury etc

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access & exposure to MIS automation needs etc.

- Proficiency in providing accurate information with insights in a fast-paced & decision centric environment.

- Good communication and presentation skills
