ROLE SUMMARY

Leverage analytics to drive data insights for portfolio analytics/customer value management/campaign designing/scorecard building mix for either Retail Assets/Credit cards/CASA/MSME/BB/DB portfolio of the bank

SECTION III : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities - NA

Core Responsibilities:

- Deliver on assigned analytical engagement with specific business like Retail Liabilities, Credit Cards/Debit cards, Retail Assets, SME, Treasury & other functions

- Channelize all analytical decision support activities towards the business strategies by working closely with the respective businesses

- Bring out new techniques/methodologies to improve their analytics delivery

- Responsible for publishing monitoring reports on portfolio & key metrics

- Responsible for timely deliveries across adhoc data analysis and analytical models for the businesses serviced

- Ensure there is proper documentation of the assignments undertaken and delivered

- Stakeholder relationship management & control aspects of analytical project delivery

- Manage project planning effectively

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications - Tier I/II MBA grads , MSC Statistics or Econometrics

- (Finance /Marketing/ Quantitative Methods)

- Analytical model development

- Logistic/Linear Regression, Clustering, D-tree, Feature Selection, PCA

Professional Certifications - SQL/SAS/Open Source/Impala/R/Python/Tableau/Excel/Hadoop

Language Skills - Good communication and presentation skills

EXPERIENCE:

- Relevant work experience in analytical work at a Bank

- Nature of Experience Working experience on analytics domain desirable

- Should be a analytically oriented with passion for learning new stuff

- Timely deliverance on assignments

- Working knowledge of R, Python or SAS is a must.
