Yes Bank - Relationship Manager - Loans Syndication

Role Summary

Loan Syndication for sector focused team with key responsibility of developing sectoral knowledge and execution of debt syndication transactions.

Responsibilities

- Project Appraisal - Involving detailed financial modeling, technical, industry and risk analysis.

- Sectoral focus - Responsibility of knowledge management and sharing in the allocated sector including maintaining of sectoral databases, preparing detailed sectoral presentations, tracking sectoral news and events on a regular basis.

- Debt Syndication - Preparation of Information Memorandum, representation to lenders and making presentations on the projects, interacting with various banks, holding lenders meets for allocation and distribution of debt and execution of common documents.

- Deal execution - Evaluation of term sheets/loan agreements, structuring the transactions, preparation of information memorandum, presentations to lenders, spreadsheet modeling for evaluation of returns, coordination on clients behalf for legal/financial due diligence.

- Co-ordination - With lenders from the proposal filing stage till security creation and first disbursement including alignment of terms and conditions of sanction to facilitate common documentation.

- Relationship Management - Have good relationship with the Banks/FI's/NBFC's at mid level.

Compliance - To ensure compliance at all times with regulatory/statutory requirements and internal policies
