Yes Bank - Relationship Manager/Analyst - SME/Agri/Corporate Segment

There are multiple opening for RM/Analyst position in SME/Agri/Corporate segment for managing portfolio of Eastern Region of the Bank. Looking for candidates who are having experience in a Bank and ready to learn and grow along with the organisation. KRA will include maintaining external relationship with clients and managing internal relationship with various departments of the Bank. Experience in Agri Lending will be added advantage but mandatory.

Job Purpose:

Enhance and build quality portfolio in a Larger area of Business that covers states of Eastern Region. To ensure a profitable business is built by keeping portfolio hygiene and also by focusing on productivity and relationship.

Managerial Responsibilities:

Drive the Banks larger vision in the assigned geography and create a asset book with clean hygiene and better yields. Need to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for efficiency

Functional Responsibility:

Ensure asset book grows in the area of operation with clear focus on NPA and SMA control. Have to be a influencer in the market by collaborating with Industry and Trade bodies and enable business lead flow .Have to work with best practices and also need to work on improvisation for better productivity.
