Yes Bank - Program Manager - B2B2C - Transaction Banking Group

- Drive B-B-C liabilities Cross-Sell through a Program Management framework

- Explore and drive synergies between Corporate relationships and Retail assets/ liabilities units across products to enable increased product penetration across all relationship groups

- Provide in house expertise on Liabilities: Coordinate with respective Product, Product Sales and Corporate Relationship teams for identifying client specific requirements, pricing benefits, branch servicing needs among others

- Ownership of Corporate Linkages: Map all corporate branches/ offices/ franchises/ factories etc outside reach of corporate teams to branches and drive conversion through Retail teams/ distribution channels

- Providing insights to facilitate Corporate Relationship led strategic alliances for maximizing B-B-C conversions

- Client Profitability of Liability Pricing - Evaluate justification of pricing benefits extended on products across corporate and retail businesses basis holistic view of Assets + Liabilities + Fees at client/group level as detailed in Relationship Development Plans (RDPs) of key corporate CRM

- Explore cross sell opportunities through retail channels with relevant business/ product teams for retail products (CASA/ OPDT/ Smart Salary/ Cards/ Retail assets etc.)

Qualification - Full time MBA / PG from reputed B Schools
