The role holder is also responsible for supporting the management of all the stages of the employee life cycle (attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, development, retention and separation) for his/her respective BU and delivery of BU specific and PAN Bank engagement practices/programs. Manpower Planning &amp; Recruitment : Identifies open positions for respective BU and leverages varied sourcing channels to identify potential candidates. Reviews recruitment gaps on a monthly/ quarterly basis to ensure adherence to HC budgets and minimization of hiring gaps across all levels. Performance Management : Coordinates with business to ensure timely completion of all stages of the Performance Appraisal process by periodic communication with the concerned stakeholders and timely resolution of any issues/challenges. Assists in smooth management of performance appraisal outcomes and other employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, rotations, and succession planning. Employee Engagement : Manage and drive BU specific and PAN Bank employee engagement activities/interventions. Basic Qualifications : - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. - Demonstrated ability to coach managers to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness. - Success in creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee engagement, retention and reward programs. - 4 to 8 years experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, and Talent Development.
