Key Responsibilities:
The Bank is in the process of implementing its Artificial Intelligence [AI] strategy. The AI strategy consists of providing AI services to various banking usecases through conversational BOTs and Machine Learning [ML] applications.
The candidate will have responsibilities in the following areas:
Define and refine the AI strategy for the Bank which includes:
- the platform and the components involved in delivering the AI service
- the framework for supporting multiple BOTs
- the governance model for managing AI services, vendor-partners and business requirements
- the integration framework with channels to deliver AI service
- use of ML applications/platforms
- integration of ML platforms with BOTs
Product assessment:
- Technically evaluate new products, the new features in a product and their fitment into the AI strategy
Outsourcing/in-sourcing of activities:
- Define framework that allows for outsourcing/in-sourcing of activities for rendering AI services.
The candidate should be able to
- clearly demonstrate his/her involvement in a AI project
- provide details on solutions evaluated and selection reasons
- provide details on usage patterns and outcomes
- provide his/her view on the next stages in the AI space.
Key Competencies / skill set:
- Atleast 5 years of experience in Banking/Fintech domains, application implementation experience for Banks/Fintech companies is a must.
- Should have atleast 2 years experience in managing AI and ML platforms/applications projects.
- Should have hands-on development experience.
- Performance reporting to senior level management experience required.
- Effective time management skills, highly organized & process oriented.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to create collaborative business relationships.
- Experience facilitating work groups & strong co-ordination skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal & writer) & presentation skills.
