EVP/GEVP-YES Foundation

Responsibilities :

Strategic :

- Conceptualise strategic large scale projects

Programatic :

- Ensure implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of all activities of the program in accordance with program objectives

- Coordinate the work of the program staff including supervision and evaluation, training and team building

- Ensure appropriate supervision and management of all program data and reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Functional :

- Lead large scale implementation of complex strategies

- Thorough process management of organizational functions - human resources, finance, administration, IT

- Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment strategies to expand the number of staff/ volunteers as per program requirement

- Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment strategies to expand the number of vendors/ service providers/ partners

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with various stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, corporates and other external and internal bodies

Qualifications & Skills :

- Master's degree in Social Work (or related fields i.e. human services, health or education) or Business Administration

- Thorough understanding of managing balance sheet/budgets

- Strong problem solving and group work leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of CSR/development sector trends, regulations and norms

- Empathy and desire to serve

Experience :

- 12-15 years of progressive and whole rounded experience in Development Program Management with corporate foundations/ large national and international NGOs

- Hands-on experience in handling balance sheet/annual budget of INR 6-10 Cr.

- Hands-on experience in handling process management of organizational functions - human resources, finance, process management of systems, administration, IT

- Experience with corporate foundations/international NGOs is desired

- Experience in the corporate sector is preferred
