- Contribute to strategic planning and development of programs
- Coordinate the work of the program staff including supervision and evaluation, training and team building
- In consultation with top management, be responsible for the selection, hiring and coaching of the program employees
- Ensure implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of all activities of the program in accordance with program objectives
- Ensure appropriate supervision and management of all program data and reports on monthly/annual basis
- Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment strategies to expand the number of staff/ volunteers as per program requirement
- Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment strategies to expand the number of vendors/ service providers/ partners
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with various stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, corporates and other external and internal bodies
