Job Type - Full-time Job Description :<div> - To introduce &amp; acquire new CA customer in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment - To ensure sourcing of quality current accounts&nbsp; in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix - To ensure initial customer hand-holding &amp; M+1 activation (Right advise to customer for product and documentation, opening a/c within TAT, familiarize customers with branch service RM and processes, monitor welcome kit delivery and follow up for repeat funding and use of account for business transactions) - To ensure proactive registration &amp; activation of acquired customers to direct banking_ channels - To assist the Business_ Relationship Leader in catchment mapping &amp; scoping exercise and provide regular feedback to BRL / BBL on opportunities / customer needs / competition benchmarking - To meet &amp; exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing_ transaction banking needs of the customers - To abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines by_ internal &amp; external regulators&nbsp; - To ensure quality sourcing in line with the Banks policy&nbsp; - To Adhere to sales process &amp; KYC Norms of the bank&nbsp;</div>
