Job Profile:
- Understanding client requirements, assist in solution creation and process mapping, project implementations
- Documenting - as is- and - to be- processes and business /functional requirement documents, including data flow, business rules, and use cases
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Ensure concepts and iterative development principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority
- Assist in daily team meetings and own ongoing planning / release planning
- Gap Analysis and Business process re-engineering
- Develops and maintains documentation of applications, databases, administrative procedures and system flows. Communicate and train management staff within the department and across the Bank on new systems, features and enhancements.
- Assist in the change management and QA/Testing phases of the project
- Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements
- Help ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve discrepancies

- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
