1. Help Product/Sales Source Bullion Customers

2. Seek and Negotiate Bullion Premium and Loan Rates from International Bullion Suppliers

3. Manage IBS relationships - seek favorable quotes for the Bank

4. Place Consignment Indents with IBS

5. Quote/Price XAU/USD and USD/INR to Banks Bullion Customers

6. Record Bullion Trades in the Bank's internal systems

7. Secure/Manage Metal Releases from IBS

8. Manage Client expectations on Pricing, Delivery, and Margin e.t.c.

9. Manage Logistic Providers whenever required

10. Liaise with Custom Officers as and when required

11. Liaise with RBI, and Interbank counterparts.

12. Liaise with Sales, Market Risk, FMO to ensure smooth end-to-end experience for Bullion customer

13. Ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines

14. Ensure compliance to internal guidelines

15. Monitoring of counterparty credit limits, IBS limit utilization

16. Attending daily morning calls & share relevant updates on Bullion Rates/impact on USD/INR
