Job Description :

- Competition benchmarking of the policy / process for the products.

- Develop the product construct and credit manual. Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / market feedback.

- Development /usage of application score cards

- Implement appropriate software systems and ensure training to the underwriting team.

- Conduct / supervise process audits (including Post Approval Reviews) to monitor performance.

- Review Fraud Containment measures

- Review delinquent cases and document learning.

- Portfolio analysis to prevent NPAs
