Position - AVP - Special Projects

Responsibilities :

Yes School Of Banking is the Centre of Excellence for learning solutions in Banking and related areas and drives alignment of Business Goals at every stage of the Organization's growth. All learning & development initiatives at YES BANK are domiciled under the aegis of this dedicated knowledge function.

- The jobholder is responsible for driving employer branding initiatives, HCM communication and institutional projects.

- The jobholder is required to fulfill the above objectives in consultation with HCM leaders, strategic business teams, and other members of Human Capital Management.

- Develop strategies and action plan to position YES BANK as a Great Place To Work and fortify YBL as the most preferred Employer Brand

- Conceptualize scalable institutional properties to position YES BANK as - Preferred Employer of Choice- and enhance Mindshare amongst universities and schools globally as part of YES BANK's University & School Relationship Management Program

- Implement HR communication Strategies to serve as the lead communications professional with primary responsibility for reiterating and implementing HCM communication campaigns internally and externally through multiple channels such as Articles, Magazines, Newspapers, Social & Digital Media, etc

- Facilitate participation in leading HCM/L&D Awards by identifying relevant awards and managing the application process

- Partner Organizational Development, Talent Management Team in various HR Projects undertaken

Age : Minimum 30 to Maximum 35 years

Education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and PG - MBA/PGDM in Marketing/HR/Communication

Past Experience : At least 5-7 years of experience in content creation and communication projects, Preferably worked on Social Media/Digital Media Campaigns Industry

Past Organization : BFSI/ Media Industry

Other Aspects / Skills :

- Excellent presentation & High impact communication skills with proven ability to take complex ideas and messages and communicate them effectively to large audiences

- Able to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; highly motivated to succeed under minimal supervision leveraging social media, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
