Typically your work week looks like:

- Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities

- Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s

- Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.

- Work closely with the North America Demand Generation team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns

- Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes

- Work closely with CXO levels, to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams

- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment

An ideal candidate should have:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales development representative role with focus on North America Enterprise accounts

- Experience managing an outbound prospecting team at US with at least 15-20 total direct and indirect reports.

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams with North America focus.

- Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement
