About the role: Lead the global Customer Support function by managing the team and systems in order to help the company scale and execute with transparency, accountability and efficiency. You will also own the collaboration with other teams - Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Own, develop and execute the Customer Support strategy for yellow.ai - Responsible for global support strategy &amp; operations for yellow.ai. This includes: - Global yellow.ai platform support - Global Bot support - Global AI support - We have a high performing core team, build on that achieve next level of scale and quality of service - Ensure 24- 7 support to global customers - Own and execute the Customer Support related OKRs for each business cycle. - Work with other teams (Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Product) to increase the knowledge of the teams and apply the knowledge to customer issues. - Create reporting and establish KPI's and success metrics for your function and team. - Participate in the company's planning, OKR (objectives and key results) process and in team meetings as appropriate. The Ideal Candidate: - A seasoned manager of people and processes with 15+ years of experience in Tech services /SaaS companies in a similar role. - Has managed 24-7 Customer Support functions for global customers - A person that aspires to be a leader and has a proactive - can do- attitude and has a proven track record driving successful projects. - Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed. - Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. - Excellent communication skills. - Degree in technical field required.
