The Sales Enablement Manager/Instructional Designer - Research &amp; Content Design at Yellow Messenger, is a sales enablement professional that ideates, designs, implements and delivers learning and enablement content to the Sales team. This role is global in scope as it caters to the growing needs of our sales teams across geographies. Key Performance Deliverables - Design and develop sales content for SDRs and Field sales to support customer conversations, product knowledge, industry know-how and sales skills. - Create learning solutions and experiences across on-demand online courses, instructor led training, F2F Programs, bite-sized learning and video modules. - Collaborate with internal functions and subject experts to create required content, messaging, storyline, courses and custom email templates. - Invest time in Research to understand current industry trends which can be translated into content. - LMS Lead - Structure and maintain content in the Learning Management Systems (LMS). Be the custodian of all sales collaterals in the LMS. Who you are :&nbsp; - 3 to 5 years experience in the field of sales content development and design as part of a sales enablement team. - Leveraged Instructional design theories, practice and methods previously would be an added advantage. Also, if you are a technical writer, it helps. - Expert in using design tools and developing online courses. - Experienced in managing sales content in an Learning management system (LMS), end to end - Go to person for any sales content and design request - Ability to translate business outcomes into a story - Experienced in research, to identify industry/market trends would be beneficial. - Go from Visualization to Creation which engages the learner in the form of interactive learning content - Able to showcase your skills - As part of the hiring process you will be given a scenario and asked to deliver content and design
