About the role: We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help business in Manpower Planning, Performance Management Systems, Succession Planning, Engagement and Retention. - Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention. - Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per Plan. - Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcomes. - Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team. - Work with Learning & Development team to enable talent development in line with career aspirations and succession planning. - Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company. The ideal candidate: - Has 3+ years of experience as HRBP in a Tech Startup - Has experience in rapidly growing organizations (2x-3x team growth in short periods) - Brings in best HR practices and gets them implemented in the organization - Excellent stakeholder management; communication and presentation skills - Has a masters degree with good pedigree
