The role will include but not be limited to leading Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, HR Operations, Organization Development, Managing an International workforce, Strategic HR Planning and execution. The ideal candidate: - Has 12-20 years of rich experience in leading all aspects of HR - Has experience in rapidly growing tech organizations and has led teams during 2x-3x growth phases in short periods - Brings in best HR practices and gets them implemented in the organization - Experience in managing global and remote working teams - Excellent stakeholder management; communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Has a masters degree with good pedigree
