Yazas - Business Development Leader

To compliment efforts of the Founder in charting the Business Development strategy and take ownership of executing the same.

The different Revenue channels to be pursued will be as follows :

1. B2B (institutional clients) that would have direct and everyday use of our products such as Education institutes with boarding facilities, Retirement Homes, Offices, etc

2. B2C through our website and mobile application. A permanent website and a mobile application are currently under development. Consumers would be able to order online and receive the goods delivered to their doorstep. We already rolled out this facility in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Soon, we would expand to more metros.

3. B2C2C through our SHE (Super Home Entrepreneur) Partnership direct marketing program, aimed at women, especially housewives in Tier 2 and 3 places. To encourage women to turn into local and micro-entrepreneurs. They could earn by using our products for their own needs and further selling our products in their neighborhood and friends and family circles.

4. Exports. We are currently organizing our first shipments to UK and UAE. We working on leads in few more international markets.

Your priority area would be B2B as listed above, in the beginning. As we pick up on sales and expand, you would assume overall responsibility for all 4 Revenue channels listed above.

The ideal candidate would be as follows :

- Affinity to Start-Up environment, working on own initiative and not shy to get feet wet.

- Ready to come on board as a long term member of the Core Team.

- Happy with compensation structure majorly in the form of Revenue Share.

Shares of the company will be offered based on performance.
