A tech start up YayNinja, based in Gurgaon is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team as we get ready to launch our mobile app. The responsibilities are as follows

- Plan and execute go to market strategy

- Conceptualise and driving marketing campaigns aimed at increasing app installs and use

- Managing a team of 3-4 Business Development employees who drive the app installs and seller activation at ground level

- Create strategic messaging and generate initial demand through social media and alternative methods of marketing

- Managing and creating events aimed at generating buzz

- Previous experience with start ups is preferred.
