Yatra.com - Implementation Manager

We looking for an implementation manager for Gurgaon location

Job responsibility - 

- Ensure accurate and timely implementations & yielding client satisfaction and optimum profitability

- Lead in planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases

- Monitor project progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.

- Engage all stakeholders well in advance and communicating with them on time. Interact regularly with existing or potential stakeholders to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving project delivery

- Facilitate the definition of requirements

- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes

- Adhere to and advocate project management methodology, standards and best practices

- Prepare status reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management Qualification.

Skills - 

- Should be a smart worker and a leader.

- Exceptional communication skills

- Should have hands-on experience in Implementation Projects

- Strong knowledge of OBT/SBT and client specific integrations

- Should have minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience Candidates from Travel (TMC) background will be preferred
