The role is to lead product and process development for the organisation as it works towards providing compostable packaging solutions. Build alternates for Flexible Packaging:&nbsp; We work on changing multiple-layered poly based packaging with compostable alternates. Improve and produce better bag paper grades:&nbsp; We look to replace all single use poly bags with cellulosic alternates that have required strength and water and grease resistance. Improve moulded fibre products:&nbsp; We produce a high quality food service ware range and look to reduce weight, cost and efficacy. Produce value added products from waste streams:&nbsp; We have various materials that we can use to add value and provide solutions for different materials. Same need to be worked on and made commercially effective. Process Improvements: We need to constantly work on making our processes better and reducing consumption and waste levels. Contributing towards a better environment: We need to give back more and better than we take in.
