As a YSP (Training & Development) Head, your role includes:
- Build standard process and systems
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through role analysis, career paths and consultation with functional heads.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Assess team's skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and leadership.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal team and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
What you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 12-15 years of in process industry/companies or Aviation, with a strong learning & capability development expertise. You like to work independently when appropriate.
- An agile problem solver who can take on complex projects and offer objective solutions while maintaining a hands-on approach
- You are open to utilize technology, creating content and delivering on the same
- You are people person who loves to engage with multiple teams in a fluid work environment and culture and ability to assess the impact of training on people performances.
