Your Role - You are an L&amp;D specialist, who can harmonize our HR by designing and executing learning &amp; development strategies, in the domains of people capability building, competency assessment, and implementing integrated learning programs. - With your thorough grasp of the larger picture, strategic business goals, and futuristic people Capability requirements, you can astutely assess the capability building requirements; adeptly design continuous learning plans and charters, and implement customized learning and professional development models independently. - You will be creating innovative learning solutions for people development, and be responsible for scheduling hard and soft-skills development, support leadership training while managing the archive of learning programs and materials. Other responsibilities include assessing the impact of training on people performance, liaise with external partners and outsource training, as needed, and preparing educational material. - You have a proven track record of success in a fluid business environment and are an agile problem solver who can take on complex projects and offer objective solutions while maintaining a hands-on approach. - As a people person, you can engage with multiple teams in a fluid work environment and culture. You have relative experience or have had exposure to working in self-managed team structures and flat organizational structures. Your industry background You have around 12 to 15 years of experience working with the Process industry/companies or Aviation, The automobile sector, with a strong learning &amp; capability development culture embedded in their DNA. Some exposure to consulting projects or past experience with management consulting firms will be welcome. Your qualifications You have earned your B.Tech or equivalent degree and also preferably hold an MBA in HR from a reputed institute. When and where do we need you? You will have to be available at the earliest, within a month at best. Your location of work will be Faizabad (Ayodhya), 132 kms from Lucknow, the capital of the U.P; one of the fastest developing regions of the country.
