We are searching for an ambitious and energetic International Sales Head to help us expand our business in the international market. He/She will be leading from the front in establishing the brand internationally by creating and implementing an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers and distribution partners. The major responsibility will be to explore & develop international market-focused segments and build long term customer relationships. With this role, we expect the candidate to have a thorough knowledge of sales processes to build up the systems.

Some Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop international market segments to promote the ethos of the brand and the idea behind Chuk.

- Create sales strategies and business plans for targeted countries.

- Build up the distribution network by appointing partners and building up of sales team.

- Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

- Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture.

- Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.

- Develop & implement effective sales strategies

- Maintain and improve depth in client relationships

- Ensure efficiency in the sales processes

Role Profile :

- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets for the international market

- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors and understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Team management and expansion

- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets

- Educating distributors with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Concept Selling, Managing Profitability

Person Profile :

- Keen on environmental change

- Postgraduate with 8-12 years of experience in the Food & Services, Packaging for the international market

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure

- Proven ability to problem-solving & negotiations

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
