Job Brief:

We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated City Business Head who would be responsible for the expansion and maintenance of existing city's revenue with P&L responsibilities. A complete ownership of the business is a key requirement.

S/He would regularly visit each market in his territory to ensure that the sales strategies are being implemented and that business goals are being met. The City Business Head should be good in leading a sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones, guiding them and analyzing sales trends in the state assigned.

With this role, we seek outstanding business leadership skills. The person should be self motivated and driven towards meeting defined goals related to Sales Numbers and Profitability. A high performing City Business Head should possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach the sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibility:

- Promote Chuk in the assigned City by building End Customers like QSR, Cafes, Cloud Kitchens, D2C, Corporates, Institutional Customers, Wholesale Business - Create a fort within the city assigned to protect and build Chuk's business across categories - Being a One Stop Solutions for all customer needs.

- P&L Responsibility and growth of the same for the assigned Region by choosing the correct product mix and managing costs at regional level.

- Ensure that defined business processes are implemented to ensure standardization. - Maintain healthy client relationships - Maintain and grow the existing business by Up Selling and Cross Selling.

- Understand the customer needs and curate products for the defined needs as new product developments along with clear margins.

- Take responsibility for the overall business growth in the defined territory/region.

Role Profile:

- Contribute with Sales to achieve the AOP.

- Plan effective sales and marketing strategies with the Sales Head and execute the same. - Maintains relationships with end customers (QSR's, Corporates, Institutional Caterers, D2C Channel etc) and distributors by providing support, information and guidance. - Awareness of the market trends and competitors.

- Discover sales opportunities through market search and survey.

- Monthly present the State situation, territory wise. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
