We are searching for the "National Sales Head" to support our mission.
Job Role :
1. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within the country
2. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors and understand their business needs and objectives
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
5. Team management and expansion
6. Collaborating with Regional Heads to establish and execute a sales goal for that region
7. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
8. Developing key accounts and maintaining the existing accounts to ensure growth both long and short-term
9. Educating dealer & distributors with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
10. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

Job Specification :
1. Keen on environmental change
2. Postgraduate with 6-8 years of experience in the FMCG industry/ any other business related to QSR.
3. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
5. Proven ability to problem solving & negotiations
6. Proven ability to position products against competitors
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
