Salary offered: 8 - 14 LPA Functional Role Deal Coordinator Purpose :&nbsp; The Deal Coordination role is responsible for deal feasibility, coordination of deal documents with landlords and cross-departmental responsible for supporting all transactional work and performing all deal analysis and deal management pertaining to YardSquare's regional expansion. The Deal Coordinator position is responsible for facilitating all actions required for the professional management of YardSquare's sourcing and sales pipeline and portfolio within their designated region and territory. As a dedicated member of a regional deal team, this role requires a deep understanding of deal economics and real estate portfolio management, and with some familiarity with the term sheet and sale negotiation. &nbsp;Accountable for :&nbsp; - Working directly with a dedicated Real Estate Manager to support term sheet and sale negotiation - Facilitating timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms, successful sale negotiation, project management, and overall portfolio management - Contributing to and overseeing analytics work, particularly market research, deal underwriting, investment committee presentations, etc - Maintaining systems for regional portfolio management Capabilities :&nbsp; - 3 or more years of relevant work experience in RE Finance, CRE brokerage and/or CRE acquisitions - Experience with commercial real estate and transaction management - Strong capabilities in financial modeling and market research - Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry - Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written - Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction - Reliable, focused and detail-oriented - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines - Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously - Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
