Your role at Yapsody..

Product Marketing Operations

- Develop a marketing plan for the product in conjunction with our product, sales and marketing teams, to support the retention and expansion of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS based product suite ecosystem and key market(s), our competitive landscape and target buyer personas

- Collaborate with product management and sales to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas

- Plan the launches of net-new features and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop product demos, internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use them

- Develop external collateral such as webpages, case studies, playbooks, success stories, brochures

- Ensure marketing assets and collateral are maintained and organized across different systems for accessibility

- Partner closely with marketing team members to deliver on business objectives

Demand Generation Support

- Work closely on setting up Marketing Campaigns in sync with the product team, the sales team, and our customers to develop and deliver high-value webinars for prospects and existing customers

- Lead the digital marketing team to build and execute digital campaigns including developing content, defining target audience, testing, launching and analyzing results

- Work with digital marketing to perform regular marketing automation improvements, hold share outs and share learnings

- Define product marketing KPIs; regularly track results and provide updates to business stakeholders

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, specially having worked in a Product based Company.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Strong analytical skills with a creative approach

- Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.

- Team player with the ability to nurture the team and win collective accolades

- Keep updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
